    We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.


    2. Eligibility for Returns

    To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

    • Unused and in the same condition that you received it

    • In its original packaging

    • With all tags attached (where applicable)

    • Accompanied by proof of purchase


    3. How to Start a Return

    All returns must be requested through our returns portal before sending any items back.

    4. Return Shipping

    If your return is approved:

    • You will be responsible for arranging and paying for your own return shipping

    • Return shipping costs are non-refundable

    Please do not send items back without first requesting a return via the portal, as they may not be accepted.


    5. Return Address

    Once your return is approved, you will be provided with the correct return address and instructions.
